Step 2

Make sure you meet the following pre-qualifications:

• Total household take home income must be 3 times the amount of rent.

• Must not have any court ordered evictions, foreclosures or unsatisfied money judgement in the past 7 years.

• Must not have unsatisfied money judgements equal to or greater than $10,000.

• Must have a good landlord and personal reference check.

Step 4
